Consultancy Manager

After spending over 8 years as a successful IT consultant, providing tailored solutions to SME, Council and Personal clients across the UK, Simon joined Foundation in 2003 and embarked on a new career.

Since his transition into Financial Services recruitment, he has strived to be the leading consultant. Simon was our Top Performer in 2006 & 2007 and he received promotion to Consultancy Manager in 2008.

Simon is a humorous chap with a lively personality. He has a methodical approach to the fast paced world of recruitment and has consistently developed blue chip clients, attracted business from new sources and focussed on the hard to fill opportunity. Indeed, Simon's success has in part been down to his ability to build excellent relationships with the industry's leading candidates and clients and through recommendations, he has become the first (and last) stop for executives looking to discover their ideal role or for clients needing that 'superstar' candidate.

Out of Work

Simon is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, or in the garden improving his lawns. He is an armchair supporter of Middlesbrough FC and regularly tries to perfect his swing out on the golf course. He is also a collector of retro gaming consoles.
