Your Executive Search Consultant will introduce you to your candidate and arrange the time, date & location of where you can meet your candidate.

They will give you detailed feedback after each and every meeting that you have with your candidate, and advise you on what it is that attracts your candidate to your opportunity, as well as any concerns they may have. This enables you and your consultant to reinforce positives and tackle and alleviate any negatives in the mind of the candidate that you want for your company.

Your consultant will work with you and offer advice throughout the recruitment process, to ensure you secure the right person for the role.
