Operations Manager
Leigh is originally from Devon and moved to North Yorkshire in April 2004, when she joined Foundation Resourcing in an administrative capacity. She quickly progressed to Office Manager, and then into a Researcher role, before becoming one of the most determined and successful Executive Search Consultants in the business.
She is a bubbly person who prides herself on providing the best service possible and gets truly excited about helping others achieve their goals.
Leigh offers a friendly, polite and professional service to both her candidates and clients and feels building good rapport with individuals is a very important part of the recruitment process. With a strong administrative background, she is a very organised and focussed individual.

Out of Work
Leigh has a passion for dancing and teaches this in her spare time, aswell as organising performances and shows for young people in the local area. Leigh also enjoys socialising with friends and when time allows, travelling to Devon to visit family. Her other interests include swimming, camping, attending the local gym to keep fit, going to music concerts and the theatre.
